    How long will it take for my Agent Rewards Points balance to be applied to my account?

    Earned Reward Points are applied to your account after your referral has placed an order and the order is paid-in-full. On partial or termed sales transactions, your earned Reward Points will be applied once the sales transaction has been paid-in-full.

    When can I speak with an Agent Rewards Specialist?

    Our specialists are available to assist you 6 days a week (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. – 7p.m. ET and Saturday 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. ET). You can reach a specialist at 1-800-607-0541.

    If I redeem all of my Agent Rewards Points and do not use my account for a while, am I still in the program?

    Absolutely. You are still in the MFS Supply Agent Rewards program as long as your account is open.

    Earning Agent Rewards Points

    How do I earn Agent Rewards Points?

    • You earn 1,000 points for signing up.
    • You earn 5,000 for each order placed by someone you refer to the MFS Savings Club.

    Will my Agent Rewards ever expire?

    Your Agent Rewards Points are yours for the life of the account - they won't expire. But if your account is closed, you'll lose any points you haven't redeemed. (MFS Supply also has the right to end the program with three months prior notice. See Terms & Conditions for more details).

    Is there a limit to the amount of Agent Rewards Points I can earn?

    There is no cap to the amount of Reward Points you can earn on purchases.

    How do I redeem my Agent Rewards Points?

    Redeeming your Agent Rewards Points for gift cards or merchandise is easy.

    1. Log-in to www.mfsrewards.com
    2. Find the desired item to redeem
    3. Click on the “Redeem Now” Button
    4. Confirm shipping address

    How long will it take me to get my redeemed product?

    Please allow 2 to 3 weeks.

    How many reward points do I need to redeem product?

    You must have at least 2,000 Reward Points in order to redeem product. Orders less than 2,000 Reward Points will not be processed.

    How often can I redeem my Agent Rewards Points?

    You may redeem as often as you'd like as long as you have a positive rewards balance and enough to redeem for the desired item.

    Can I send my redemption order to an address other than my mailing address?

    For merchandise, you may choose an alternate ship-to address when completing your redemption order. But please note that we can only accommodate one ship-to address per order. If requesting multiple ship-to addresses, you must complete separate orders. Redemptions for checks can only be sent to the address we have on file.

    Can I exchange or return my redemption order?

    Unfortunately we are unable to process returns or exchanges of rewards redemptions, so please make your selections carefully before redeeming.

    I received an incorrect/damaged order. What do I do?

    Simply call us at 1-800-607-0541 to obtain return instructions and approval. Please do not return any items prior to receiving approval.

    Can I get a copy of the rewards catalog?

    Because our rewards options are constantly being updated, we do not offer a printed catalog. Please visit our redemption page for our most current offerings.

    How do I get a copy of my Agent Rewards Program terms and conditions?

    You can print a copy of your rewards terms and conditions by using the print option in your browser.

    The product I want is not available. What do I do?

    From time to time, certain products may no longer be available. We will work with you to redeem a similar product but cannot guarantee it.

    The product I received is not exactly the product listed on the website. Why?

    Actual products may vary from pictures and descriptions due to printing and/or manufacturers' updates.

    Earning Easy Rewards

    How do I earn Easy Rewards Points?

    Simply purchase products like you do every day, and as you do, you will earn Easy Reward Points. Easy Rewards Points are earned on the value of the product purchased (purchases minus any credits, returns, shipping, coupons, discounts, and taxes).

    Will my Easy Rewards ever expire?

    Easy Rewards Status Levels

    What are Easy Rewards Status Levels?

    Every Easy Rewards Program Member is assigned a status level based on their spending habits. There are three reward levels that can be attained by purchasing MFS Supply products.

    How do I Attain a Higher Status Level?

    Earning higher Status Levels is based on the amount of dollars you spend with MFS Supply in a fiscal year. See below for a breakdown of the Status Levels.

    For example, if you sign-up in January 2011, then the money you spend between January 2011 and Dec. 31, 2011, will determine your status for the following year (2012).

    How does this affect my Easy Rewards Points?

    This does not affect your Easy Rewards Points. Status Levels are based on actual dollars spent with MFS Supply. As your Status Level is evaluated from year to year your Easy Reward Points will keep accumulating from one year to the next.

    What happens to my Status Level at the end of the year?

    At the end of the year, the Status Level you have obtained throughout that year will be in effect throughout the following year.

    So, when the next year starts, does everything start over at Zero?

    When the next year begins, the following will happen:

    1. You will maintain the Status Level you attained during the previous year.
    2. Your dollar amount will start over at zero.
    3. Your Easy Rewards Points will not be affected.

    What if I reach a new Status Level during the year, do I have to wait to get new benefits?

    No. You may gain a new Status Level at anytime and when you do, you will immediately start earning the additional benefits.

    Can I ever lose my Status Level?

    Yes. For example, if you attain to Gold Status during 2011, and then in 2012, you do not reach the Gold Status dollar level, you will drop down to a Reward Member Status Level for 2013.

    What is the breakdown of the Status Levels?
